1st Pool Day

Today was a great day for playing outside! It was 85 degrees and just gorgeous. We started off the day with some yard work and Ryleigh helped out while still in her Pj's. Later, we tried out her new kiddie pool and she really had a good time cooling off.

Crawling!!

Today Ryleigh decided to start crawling forward!

We had our developmental check up today and Ryleigh is doing great. She scored at a 9month level on some things and 11 months level on others, which basically means she is normal, but we already knew that.  Here are some other fun pictures from today

10 Months Old~

I bet you are thinking to yourself "10 months old...Really?" Well, its true! Another month has gone by and Ryleigh is now 10 months old! We went to the doctor today to get checked out since she has had this lingering cough. The doctor seems to think it could be a sinus infection. So we are on some antibiotics and hopefully she will finally get over this bug.

She is 18lbs (17lbs and 15.5 ounces to be exact).

Things Ryleigh is doing now:
~ Waving "Hello" "Bye Bye" (only when she feels like it)
~Babbling a lot! She says "blah blah blah" "Da Da Da"
~Crawling backwards and still trying to crawl forward. She is getting much closer to getting fully mobile.
~She can recognize Samson. I will ask her "Where is Samson?" and she will look up and turn around and look right at him.
~She can finally reach the ground in her jumperoo
~We had to drop her bed down since she was pulling herself up to her knee
